Here are some reminders for fans to practice good sportsmanship during a game:
Be a good role model
Children learn by example, so it's important for parents to show good sportsmanship. There are a lot of little eyes and ears at games!
Be respectful
Respect the officials, coaches, and other spectators. Don't criticize calls made by officials.
Be supportive
Encourage your child to play fairly and to the best of their ability. Be positive about your child's past experiences and successes.
Be gracious
If you win, don't rub it in to the other team. If you lose, don't make excuses or blame others.
Be compassionate
Show appreciation for the other team.
Be mindful of your emotions
If you feel frustrated, remove yourself from the situation for a few minutes.
Remember it's just a game
Even if the stakes feel high, the example you set for your child is more important than the outcome of the game.

Needing a fun Christmas Gift idea or maybe want to surprise your child with a “keep up the great work” gift?!!! We will be placing a Bobcat Letter Jacket order on Oct 4th! The jackets will be here before Christmas. NO LATE ORDERS will be accepted. Any High School student can order them. In order to get the “S” Letter sewn on, you will need to have lettered in a Bobcat Sport! A Basic Letter Jacket will start at $74.95. Anything you add on the jacket will add to the cost. This may be the only order we put in this year! IF your child wants a jacket but hasn’t lettered, you can purchase a “S” from the school and it can be sewn on by a seamstress after they letter! Contact Shelly Mlnarik and she can get you the info you need! Checks will need to be with the order form!
