Our high school music students took a trip to Vermillion today to visit the National Music Museum. we even got the opportunity to play the Gamalon!








Morning weights will be starting next Monday, March 31st for any athletes in 8th-11th grades this year. We will run it Monday-Thursdays starting at 6:45 am. Any questions can be emailed to Coach Thramer at tomthramer@summerlandbobcats.org

Kindergarteners had another guest reader! Today Jaimie Hartigan read The Hair Book and answered questions about being a cosmetologist.



Business Law students enjoyed a day touring our state capitol and watching legislators debate. Senator Decay visited with us and showed us other parts of the capitol that weren't on the tour.

No School Tomorrow


Due to the forecasted winter weather, SPS will NOT have school tomorrow Wednesday, 3-19-25. No before or after school activities.

Officer John Shaver came to visit kindergarten today! He answered a ton of questions and read them a story about being a police officer.



A HUGE Thank You to the Deb and Jeff Hansen Foundation and Iowa Select Farms for their generous donation through the Henry's Heroes Books for Schools program. The SPS Bobcat Library received a Bilingual Book Cart containing over 75 books in both English and Spanish.
